Receptionists are always ready to find an appointment - never a problem to phone in to arrange one. Doctors are on the ball and ready to give advice and treat the issue. The nursing staff in particular are tremendous and give you great confidence when being treated. I thank my lucky stars such a great practice is just on my doorstop and feel really sorry for others when I hear their difficulties. Great team, great work and a superb practice.

The nurse practioner I saw today was kind, thorough and thoughtful. Got an appointment just over an hour from when I called to make one. Excellent care.

Great Practice and would highly recommend. All staff really friendly and helpful with the exception of one receptionist who shall remain nameless...(A-M). She was incredibly rude and unhelpful and had a real sense of self importance. I was in pain and hoping for someone a little less agressive to speak with. I can not speak highly enough of all the other hard working staff there though, I just feel sorry for the other receptionists who appeared to be operating in fear of her. Shame, otherwise a top-notch practice.

Pharmacy are a big problem in this surgery . They make it hard work for the patient all the time . Waiting 55 hours for a script is disgusting . And they've lied to me so many times now . Practice manager is great and so are the doctors .

Sometimes difficult to get through on the phone, can be difficult to get an appointment on the day, or the next day. Most receptionists generally helpful and pleasant, but some are, on occasions, less so. I understand that they are in a stressful job, but they need to understand that the person on the end of the phone is probably also stressed, and that kindness costs nothing, it is always worth remembering that "it is not what you say, but the way that you say it". However I am generally very pleased with the service that my family have received over many years, and we are very pleased to have a good practice so close to where we live. Thankyou.
